Why this is the one we're proudest of

Where we make the difference.

The chef in your kitchen

Not a tray dropped on the counter. Chef José finishes and plates the meal in front of your guests. Like watching the show from the best seat.

You get to be a guest

The team sets up, serves, pours, clears, and cleans. You sit down with your people.

Everything leaves with us

Pans, platters, trash, the lot. Your kitchen is cleaner than we found it.

Questions

Things people ask before they call.

What does the chef actually do in my home?

Chef José arrives with the food prepped, finishes and plates it in your kitchen in front of your guests, and the team serves. You host; he cooks.

What do you need from my kitchen?

A standard home kitchen is fine. He works with what you have and brings the rest. Tell us about the space and we'll plan around it.

Who cleans up?

We do. The team cleans the kitchen, packs everything, and takes it with them. Your kitchen looks like we were never there.

How many guests does this work for?

Dinner for six to a backyard party for sixty. The format changes with the headcount; the chef doesn't.

Will he show us anything?

Usually. Cook in someone's kitchen long enough and you start teaching. Expect to pick up a trick or two with your own equipment.

Tell us the occasion and the headcount. We'll build the night around it.
